BLUE SCORPION REWARDS CREDITS - TERMS & CONDITIONS

 1.⁠ ⁠Program. Blue Scorpion Rewards Credits ("Credits") are promotional store credits issued by Blue Scorpion Inc. at no charge as part of the Blue Scorpion Rewards loyalty program. Credits are awarded for completing program activities, including the one-time baseline and periodic check-ins. Credits are issued for completing a check-in and are never conditioned on the content of your responses.

 2.⁠ ⁠No Purchase; No Cash Value. Credits are not purchased, have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, in whole or in part. Credits are a promotional benefit only and do not constitute property, a deposit, or a stored-value account.

 3.⁠ ⁠Redemption. Credits may be redeemed solely toward the purchase of Blue Scorpion products at [website URL]. Credits apply to the product subtotal only and may not be applied to shipping, handling, or taxes; however, Blue Scorpion Inc. may, in its sole discretion, permit Credits to be applied toward other portions of an order total. Any such accommodation is voluntary, does not modify these terms, and does not create a right to future accommodations. If your order total is less than your available Credit balance, the unused portion remains in your account subject to its original expiration date. No change or cash back will be issued.

 4.⁠ ⁠Expiration. Each Credit expires sixty (60) days from the date it is issued to your account. The expiration date of each Credit is displayed in your account. Expired Credits are automatically forfeited without compensation.

 5.⁠ ⁠Non-Transferable. Credits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, gifted, sold, bartered, or assigned, including upon account closure or death. Credits may only be redeemed through the account to which they were issued.

 6.⁠ ⁠Combining Offers. Credits may only be combined with promotions, discount codes, or offers expressly approved by Blue Scorpion Inc. for use with Credits. Unless stated otherwise, Credits may not be stacked with other discounts.

 7.⁠ ⁠Refunds and Cancellations. If an order paid in whole or in part with Credits is canceled by Blue Scorpion before shipment, the Credits used will be restored to your account with their original expiration dates. Credits are never refunded as cash. All purchases remain subject to Blue Scorpion's return policy.

 8.⁠ ⁠Eligibility; Fraud. Limit one Rewards account per customer. Blue Scorpion reserves the right to revoke Credits, suspend or close accounts, and withhold redemption where it reasonably believes Credits were obtained through fraud, misuse, falsified check-in submissions, duplicate accounts, or violation of these terms.

 9.⁠ ⁠Program Changes. Blue Scorpion Inc. may modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards program or these terms at any time. Changes apply prospectively; Credits already issued will be honored through their stated expiration date. Credits confer no vested rights.

10.⁠ ⁠Privacy. Information submitted through baseline and check-in activities is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.⁠ ⁠General. Credits are void where prohibited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and are incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
