PROCESSING TIME

We understand the importance of getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of orders and the availability of products. In the event of any delays, we will notify you by email. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays. Processing time will start on the first business day from the time of purchase.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Blue Scorpion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package to the correct address.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping costs and will be billed separately by the relevant authorities. Blue Scorpion Inc. has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@bluescorpion.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund for your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed or shipped.
